About

More than a job title.

My work has never fit neatly inside a single job title. The common thread is a curiosity about how information, technology, organizations, and human judgment come together.

A little about me

I am interested in what happens when information meets real life.

I grew up in India and now live in Rochester, New York. Moving between places has shaped how I notice systems: who they make room for, what they assume, and how people learn to trust them.

My career began in analytics. Over time, the questions grew larger, taking me into data architecture, product thinking, artificial intelligence, organizational systems, and technical writing. I still enjoy the technical work, but I care just as much about whether a system makes sense to the people expected to use it.

Outside the work, I write about migration, belonging, ambition, and the choices that shape a life across two countries. I am drawn to books, visual design, patterned shirts, and the small rituals that make a place feel like home.

What guides the work

  1. 01Make the real question visible.
  2. 02Design for trust, not only efficiency.
  3. 03Treat technology as part of an organization, not outside it.
  4. 04Leave behind systems people can understand and improve.

Experience in practice

From raw information to decisions people can act on.

My work connects business questions, data architecture, analytics, product decisions, and the operating systems required to sustain them.
